Leonie Fourie
I was born in July 1969 in Somerset West. I spent my childhood years on our apple farm near Grabouw. Years later our family moved to Wellington where I matriculated in 1987. After school I studied at the Cape Town Hotel School in Granger Bay for 3 years. I received my Higher Diploma in Food Service Management in 1990.
I was immediately employed by Fedics Food Services an Assistant Catering Manager at the Civic Centre in Cape Town. One year later I was offered a position as Catering Manager at the University of Stellenbosch Graduate School of Business, in Belville, where I worked for the next five years. I was then appointed at the Panorama Medi-Clinic as a Project Manager. Several years later, in October 1999, I was priviledged to join the Eikendal team.
I am extremely passionate about my job as Eikendal Lodge Manageress. Together with the very capable Eikendal Lodge Team, we strive to make every guest feel special and shower them with our warm and generous South African hospitality!
Kristine Victor I was born in January 1987 and raised in Saldanha Bay.
I matriculated in 2005 from Vredenburg High School and went on to study BA Humanities at Stellenbosch University.
In 2009 I was employed as the Assistant Manager at a guest house in Saldanha. After 18 months I started working as an Assistant Manager at a Game Reserve and Safari Lodge outside Ceres. At both establishments I gained valuable experience and particularly enjoyed working with guests from all over the globe.
I am grateful for the opportunity to join the Eikendal Lodge Team. Eikendal radiates genuine hospitality.
